Have to call repeatedly and leave a message just to never get a return call. Charged me for a service that was told I needed because that was what was causing my shaking when it was not, no response back on get a return call. Charged me for a service that was told I needed because that was what was causing my shaking when it was not, no response back on getting me refunded for that. Never get answers. I was told they need my car until about 3pm called several times to find out what the status was never got a return call had to call 3 times to get a hold of someone. I live across town and they were almost closing and still never received a call back about my car. Didnt get ahold of anyone until about 20 minutes before they closed. Terrible service just get a run around. More

Providing an estimated time for the work would be better. My recent visit was to change the car battery and the staff told it would take just few minutes. So I decided to wait.
