I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested to have some lug nuts placed on my Wheels. The service advisor advised me that the technician was as unable to complete. Not only could they not offer me an answer, they took no effort to look it up or show me in the vehicle manual where I could find the information. Upon completion of my service I was not thanked or given an opportunity to set up another appointment or when my next oil change would be due. More
