Service center is quite boring compared to the way it was prior to COVID-19. I’m going to do this survey just to stop the annoying text messages. I have been coming to your service center for over 10 years and have always had great service, this last visit was the worst ever. The service agent who took in my truck (don’t know his name) for service didn’t listen to a word I said. I dropped the truck off on Friday afternoon and told him that I would pick it up on Saturday. I told him to do all the required maintenance and check out an intermittent problem I was having with the truck sometimes acting like it won’t start. I didn’t realize it at the time but he just wrote on the work order “truck won’t start.” About an hour before the service department closed on Saturday I called to check on the truck. I spoke to Miguel, he was not the one who wrote up the order. He told me that the starting problem could not be reproduced so there was nothing they could fix. I said okay and I asked if all the routine service work had been done? That’s when I found out that none of the service work was done because it was never written on the service request. I went to your service department and discussed my dissatisfaction with Miguel then brought my truck home without any service work being done. More
