Best Customer Service from a Nissan Dealership! I worked with Josh Cheatham who was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. I had previously taken my 2017 Nissan Sentra to another Niss with Josh Cheatham who was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. I had previously taken my 2017 Nissan Sentra to another Nissan dealership - two syllables, rhymes with Nipack Nissan. The customer service there was subpar and lackluster. They stated they weren't able to replicate any of the issues I was having. Discouraged, I collected my vehicle and was still experiencing transmission issues. I decided to take it to Ancira Nissan. I had to have my car towed to Ancira as it was no longer safe to drive. I let Josh know what I had experienced at Nipack. He called me back and stated "I"m not sure why they'd say that - there was obvious evidence that you need a new transmission!" He took care of everything and my car was ready to pick up the next day. It runs much smoother now. Ancira Nissan has gained my trust and I will continue to bring my car there in the future. Thank you Josh and thank you Ancira Nissan! More
