Have always taken my car here , where I bought it! I don’t always (in last few yrs) get repairs done here , but always come here for diagnostics. Repairs I will get done here if they are not more than twice what another repair shop would charge! My last visit was less than stellar , first because I dropped car off. At 8:30 am and then did not hear a word back until I called them at 5:30! Then I declined to have the job done there as it was a simple repair that anywhere else would cost less than half ! I did not receive anything but a receipt for my payment from the lady inside so I called to ask a question of Travis , I can understand that he did not want to spend anymore time with me since I wasn’t getting the repair done there, but he hung up while I was still talking telling me to do “ whatever you want” , when what I was trying to ask at the end was if they could mail me the on inspection report, since the office lady did not give me a copy and that was just plain rude. Suffice it to say that I will be going elsewhere for diagnostics in the future, More
