My experience was not that pleasant. I took my vehicle in for 3 issues it was having.. first I was offered a shuttle and not a rental knowing they’d be keeping my car over night. I asked for a rental, and they gave me one that was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Full of dog hair, crumbs, dust, etc. i mean, who wants to drive in someone else’s grime while their brand new vehicle is in service?? Especially during a pandemic.. I’m appalled that it wasn’t even vacuumed or slightly cleaned before I was given the keys. That wasn’t even the bad part though… at the end of the day I get a call from service telling me they found a hair tie and a coin under my seat which was causing the clunking noise I was hearing. That was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I may not know much about cars but that’s not even believable. Then they tell me I need to replace my air filter.. which is fine but the vehicle is only a year old with 10k miles. I wasn’t expecting that, and surprisingly that’s the only thing they could find wrong with it.. was the thing I have to pay for.. and the issues that would have been covered by warranty ironically couldn’t be found. I was also lied to and told that my vehicle was driven multiple times and no one could figure out where the sound from my dashboard was coming from. I checked my LOJACK app and saw my car had only been driven once.. and just around the block from the dealership. So they clearly lied to me and that really aggravated me so I emailed the GM about my issue because I felt very frustrated and like no one was listening to me. He forwarded my email to the service manager who called me and got more info about what was wrong. I told him In detail, and he asked if he could keep it one more day to figure out the issue. The next day he called me and told me they found that a pillar needed to be replaced which holds the front windshield in. They got that fixed. And when I arrived to pick my car up, he had taken off the cost for the air filter. I appreciate not being charged for the filter, but I am still very disappointed and really don’t want to come back to ancira for service. I just don’t feel appreciated as a customer and I feel like they think I am stupid and don’t know what I am talking about which is very insulting. I was never even apologized to for being lied to. Oh and they left dirty finger prints all on the inside of the fabric lined area of the pillar piece they replaced which also made me angry. More
