We had to call to verify oil change was completed. They were supposed to call me. At office I still had to wait over an hour for them to complete paperwork. Was told on the phone it would take 30 minutes then when I get there I am told 1 to 1.5 hrs because there are 3 cars in front of me. It took over 2 hours for an oil change, not good. I don't know what the point of making an appointment was if it took 4+ hours to discover a screw in a tire. Poor communication, no one else knew the status of my vehicle besides Mike who was at lunch. I mis if it took 4+ hours to discover a screw in a tire.
