Although sale representative did his best to get me the best price. I still think the Nissan loyalty was not there, ref: $500 loyalty discount. I also thought I could have received $500-$1000 more for the trade in, even after the condition it was in. After purchasing 3 new Nissan’s in five years. Adding on dealer accessories of over $1800 without asking and still was forced to pay $188 after other items were removed. I did manage to receive a 3 yr reg. maintenance plan, which I am thankful. Also finance dept. was able to get me a 3.14% finance rate with my scores. Didn’t want to say bad without the good. Thank you. More
I went to the dealership and wasn’t greeted by no one. I had to ask for. a salesperson. My NEW car had 200 miles on it and had to return due to an error on the numbers. Then about 2 weeks later the engine l had to ask for. a salesperson. My NEW car had 200 miles on it and had to return due to an error on the numbers. Then about 2 weeks later the engine light comes on. Yes it was fixed but it was an inconvenience to me and bummed to have had issues so soon. Service Dept had to order part and than had to return to fix the problem. More
