Travis is ALWAYS willing to help when I call with a concern or issue regarding my car. Even if it’s last-minute before I’m about to leave on a trip. They took 7.5 hours to take care of my oil change and alignment, finishing one hour before closing when I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle for the night. No apologies were made. On top of it, you can’t use more than one coupon which is ridiculous. You’re telling me you’d rather me make two separate appointments just to get all my money off? That isn’t time efficient for anyone. They have to service my vehicle multiple times on multiple days, and I have to leave these people with my car for hours and hours out of my day each time? Aside from oil changes I’ll be scheduling any other car services elsewhere. More
