They are always helpful with my service visits. This particular visit was for a new set of tires on my truck. Since they had to order the tires they made me prepay for the tires. I thought their pr This particular visit was for a new set of tires on my truck. Since they had to order the tires they made me prepay for the tires. I thought their price was a bit higher but I didn't have anything to compare it to at the moment. While waiting for the tires to come in, I had a chance to do some research on those tires. Turns out that I could have gotten those same tires from another local tire store for $35 cheaper for each tire. That's over $120 difference. When I went back to have the tires mounted, I spoke with the Service Manager about the Nissan Tire Price Match Guarantee. After a few minutes he told me that he couldn't match the price from the other retailer because that tire was not a Nissan eligible tire. I thought that was ridiculous. If they are going to price match, then they should price match on any tires they sell. But he wanted to do something for me so he mounted and balanced the tires for free. It wasn't quite as good as the price match would have been but at least it was something. I'll keep using them for my service visits. More
