Not happy. Came in for (prepaid through service plan) oil change around 7:30. Told 9:00 ready. Many people coming in later than me waited on and leaving. I went twice to see what happened to my car. Ev oil change around 7:30. Told 9:00 ready. Many people coming in later than me waited on and leaving. I went twice to see what happened to my car. Eventually got it (no vacuum) around 9:50. Original eta okay but not other people ahead of me. Hope not because prepaid or because I’m an older woman. More
