I tried to buy a Nissan Armada in 2018- different dealership but I hated the way I was treated at the Baytown dealership. Fast forward to 2020 I went back to Baytown because I was called by them. I arrived and the person Who called wasn’t available- multiple people came out to help and I walked out. I wanted this vehicle, so decided to try San Antonio. The salesman was helpful- found me a car in the color I wanted, but I have never been moved around to so many different people to make one transaction. I honestly purchased 200 acres recently and there was less paperwork and hassle. I have no idea how you do business like this. I almost walked out as I sat and waited for yet one more person. I am happy with my car, but the car buying process is ridiculous. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and with a credit score over 700, I was getting hassled to proud my address.
