Your one simple price is not quite that. Went to the dealership to drive a vehicle. Told the wonderful salesman Yogin we will take the vehicle. Then sales mgr comes with a price that is $2,200 MORE than dealership to drive a vehicle. Told the wonderful salesman Yogin we will take the vehicle. Then sales mgr comes with a price that is $2,200 MORE than your “one simple price”. I asked what the package charge was for and he said it for the exterior and interior protection that is placed on every vehicle. I said no thanks don’t want that. He said it’s already been placed on the vehicle. THEN WHY DON’T YOU ADVERTISE THAT PRICE??? That is completely dishonest. If my dad went alone he would have paid for that. I told him we don’t want that. He said let me see what I can do like and good sales manager would. He then lowered the price and reduced the protection package which we still needed up paying about $1,000 more than the sticker price. I get to the Ancira family $1,000 isn’t much, but to average working people it A LOT OF MONEY and completely against you false advertisement of “one simple price”. No wonder people hate buying cars. More
Was quoted $175 on phone for a new battery. Then charged another $9.54 shop charge for repair. Come on - really? It is a great experience , everyone had their masks on and the showroom wasn’t crowded , so I happily waited there till the service on my car was done and it was a quick service too .
