Rebates are counted as Cash down payment which turn out not to be amounts stated because of tax being paid. State of Texas allows $150 admin fee so of course theirs is $149.50 as to not report. Initially we were not impressed, as our salesman was not there at our scheduled appointment time, and the vehicle was not “pulled up front and waiting” as advised I’m several texts prior to our visit. We had to start from scratch with a different salesman, and the initial offer we were made was significantly higher than we were willing to pay, along with the initial trade in value coming in significantly lower than we knew the car was worth. However, after some discussion and a couple of phone calls, we were able to purchase the vehicle we came for, at a price that was within our budget, and we got an acceptable value for our trade in.
