No one at this dealership appears to speak with on e another. Once finished with the sales rep. I w a s sent to finance. I had told sales what I wanted for financing, what was acceptable an S not, and h another. Once finished with the sales rep. I w a s sent to finance. Finance had no idea what I was looking for.and had to scrap everything to start all over. Even then it was wrong as they called me a week later to tell me the financing didn't go through due to an error and tried to blame the bank. They had to send me new paperwork to sign and do all over again. They are obviously way behind the curveball for a company that's been doing this for so long. It was ridiculously exhausting. Almost forgot, alot of what sales told me was crazy and incorrect information. Very hard to trust. Do your homework and be prepared. More
