Travis was worth this visit. He's been my service department representative in the past but came through like no other when I truly needed it. He worked with my warranty service to get a part covered department representative in the past but came through like no other when I truly needed it. He worked with my warranty service to get a part covered and fixed. He was very professional, personable, considered my vehicle needs during a weekend holiday, and kept me updated. TRAVIS TIMMIN provides great customer service I like the attentively of his service, I like how they provide a vehicle for you for rent while your car is being serviced or repaired for any maintenance issue attentively of his service, I like how they provide a vehicle for you for rent while your car is being serviced or repaired for any maintenance issues. This is the first time ive gone in for service since the new center opened. I was approached immediately, but the person didn't introduce themselves or provide a proper greeting. I said I was there for a 2 new center opened. I was approached immediately, but the person didn't introduce themselves or provide a proper greeting. I said I was there for a 2 pm appointment. And he just said "let me go get someone." I stopped him and asked if it mattered who came out and my email had a name but I couldn't remember who or find my email. He said "let me go check." A minute later im greeted by Travis (obviously not the name on the email), score!!! He's always phenomenal!! Instantly he took my keys, my coupon, double checked my service request and had me escorted to the waiting room within seconds. Loved that he redeemed the initial minutes of the initial rep who approached me. Why couldn't the first guy just do that if it didn't matter who the rep was? Anyways, within 15-20 minutes I got a call from Daytona- my car was ready. Holy smokes!! They were never this efficient before. Overall the experience was great because of Travis, follow up from Daytona, and the quick turnover from the mechanics crew. More
