Ottis is customer serviced focused. He makes sure the customer gets what they need without pushing anything that is unnecessary. I wouldn't go to anyone else to service my nissan. More

I took my Nissan Versa for an oil change and instead of using synthetic oil (like I always had done), they switched to conventional oil, without even asking me. Terrible service. More

I went for a oil change and they recommended a rear brake replacement and brake fluid change, I told them to go ahead. When I drove off and stepped on the brake the car shook real bad, I had to go back. They More
