xxThanks for your prompt response ...I don't want to waste more time and repeat my story over again ... all services were performed at this location I am sure you can get records, scope and complaints ... I was looking to pay for that oil change and gas y'all offered ... initially Helga agreed to refund labor cost of work done ... seems that's too far now ... I like Nissan but truly upset over last experience .... was traveling to Austin work site with loose back end ... could not figure what was going on till I took it back to service dept ... major traffic going and coming back /// I suppose was lucky enough where no damage was done but trust I had to get service done there is gone ... To me, I should be confident when repair work done by dealer with genuine parts and factory trained labor ... I was binging my truck to dealer service and not to mom/pop or Sanchez garage ... turned out even worse case ... God bless y'a
