Worst sales rep - I wanted to leave and go to Boerne Nissan I can’t give this store 5 stars because my intake was so bad to the point that I wanted to walk-out of the store.I bought my car thanks to both the ac I can’t give this store 5 stars because my intake was so bad to the point that I wanted to walk-out of the store.I bought my car thanks to both the accountability and finance representatives; Timothy Williams and Karolina Hernandez. Not only did they take care of my problem, but gave me excellent customer service. They deserve a raise! The sales rep, Mrs. Heather Rosas, was very aggressive and pushy in her sales tactics that I took her intentions as being very rude and disrespectful. I didn’t feel that she valued me as a customer. If it wasn’t for Mr. Williams and Ms. Hernandez intervening and going that extra mile for me, I honestly wouldn’t even consider doing business at this store again. I am very grateful that Mr. Williams and Ms. Hernandez made my experience less stressful and took care of me giving me the best customer service ever. I don’t know if other customers are going to be as lucky as I was. Due to this uncertainty, my score for this store can’t be high because I would not like for other new customers to get a bad sales agent like I did. More
