Great experience from beginning to end Brought my wifes vehicle in for routine maintenance and had a few other concerns to make sure vehicle was ready for her upcoming road trip. Especially Justin and Josh., they told me not to worry and that they would take care of the problem immediately. Justin took my car and later informed me that the tire had a nail, but that it could be patched, I did not need to buy another tire. Good service I needed a new key fob made. They tested the one I brought in for free and told me it didn't work. So glad they didn't perform the update and only the I needed a new key fob made. That car is her baby and Andrea appreciates the love given to her baby. Mr. Ottis cares about people and what their concerns are at time of repair, he understands. He was there, checking on the car and was able to avoid a possible problem when it arose during the recall replacement of the airbags in car. Thank you Mr. Ottis...
