Not single income friendly Everytime I go to your location, you are always trying to get extra money from me. I am a single mom. I work full-time, this is my only income. One of my kid in college. Three oil changes ago you tell me I am at my 60,000 mile check up, cost $800. Two oil changes ago, you tell me need to change two air & cabin filter change. The cost over $100. This last oil change, even though I WAS a loyal customer, you cannot check my "check engine light" w/o $132. You tell me my battery is low & my rear brake needs to be changed. So oil change, tire rotation, rear brakes & battery $499. I feel like a victim. You are taking advantage of me. I will never go back. I will not recommend your dealership to anyone. I will use social media to tell my story to anyone who will listen. More

Great results, high price though AC was out in hot summer San Antonio, serviced here where the car was purchased. After checking the problem, indicated back brakes also needed fixing, which I could tell was also an issue. Both fixed very well, car runs like it's pretty new, almost like additional touch ups were done with the car. Bit pricier than I expected and 4 hours later, had the car back. But like the subject line says, very happy with the results. More
Not happy I gave the rating of 4 because there should be two lines just for handicap people that come in for oil change. I had to take my 91 year old mother that has (Dementia) with me I’m her caregiver 24/7 and I had already been there 3 times before with my mother with a two to three hour wait . I had no choice I had to wait, well I wheel her in and TV is out so that made the wait even longer to her. Wait time almost two hours . Dementia patients are like children so after 15 mins she wanted to leave nothing to distract her, I know that’s not your problem but it can make life a little easier if you handled handicapped customers with there own line of service. That’s my opinion! More
