This waiting time was excessive, 2 hours for a code check. The service provided in this place is inconsistent, sometime you go through pretty fast or too slow without apparently reasons. Long wait for simple inspection I came in to get an inspection and my key battery replaced. Both seemed to be quick jobs. However, they found 2 outstanding recalls and a few other is I came in to get an inspection and my key battery replaced. Both seemed to be quick jobs. However, they found 2 outstanding recalls and a few other issues needing attention. I arrived at 2:30pm and they said that it would be a short while but definitely before 5:30pm. So, I decided to wait. At 5:30pm my service manager said they would be done with the electrical recall item within 15 mins. Another hour passed. I spent a total of four hours and $485 worth of work. Then, they forgot to give me my inspection paperwork and didn’t even replace my key battery! I had to go back to the dealership to pick everything up the next day. I’m not impressed at all. More
