Oil change/tire rotation Service personnel was extremely friendly but took over 2.5 hours to complete. I was informed there were two cars in front of me for oil change and no Service personnel was extremely friendly but took over 2.5 hours to complete. Lost my business I bought a new car from Ancira Oct 2018. Car has 8500 miles. I had the oil changed at a place near my home and wanted tires rotated. The mechanic wo I bought a new car from Ancira Oct 2018. Car has 8500 miles. I had the oil changed at a place near my home and wanted tires rotated. The mechanic wouldn't rotate tires because one had what he called a factory issue, he didn't feel it was safe to move it from the rear to front with weight of engine. He told me to take my car back to the dealer as they should replace the tire. Ancira said it wasn't their issue but they would gladly charge me to replace the tire; cost was more than a local tire store to replace and I purchased the car from them. Bottom line: I feel their customer service in the service shop could care less I bought my car from their dealership. If they were price competitive or better yet, had replaced the tire I would be a customer for life....now, I will take my business elsewhere. I spent $15K on a car and for their cost for a new tire, probably $60 their cost (I can buy it new for $94 at Discount Tire), they aren't willing to fix my issue. More
