Poor and lengthy I came in for an oil change and a diagnostic. I was the third car ready for service before the dealership opened at 7 so I wait for my car and then ta I came in for an oil change and a diagnostic. I was the third car ready for service before the dealership opened at 7 so I wait for my car and then take a shuttle home since it was going to be a few hours. The service member calls me six hours later to tell me results and I tell him i can be back in an hour. So I come back for my car and he tells me my car is in the air so all the technician had to do was put my wheels back on. So I wait and 40 mins has slowly passed by so I begin to question. The service member tells me that when I came to get my car the technician was on break so I wait some more. Another 30 minutes flew by and I’m questioning again because it can’t take an hour and change to put wheels on. So the service member comes back to tell me he sent another technician to help with my car so I wait more. Another 20 minutes I’m waiting so now I’m angry. I would of thought my car would be ready when I came but it took close to 8 hours for this service. I was sitting next to another customer getting service as well and he expressed to me oh every time I get that service member I am always waiting a long time. More
