First time I was told that the mechanic compared it to the same model on the lot and it was the same, so “no problem.” Second time, I explained how others had found the ducts not correctly sealed. Rather than exposing the ducts to check them, was told that the condensation forming on the outside of the van was because “that’s where the condenser is.” I expected that they would be more willing to listen and investigate further knowing that this isn’t an isolated problem. More
