Service Updates to Customers Needs a Lot of Work The only time I got an update on the status of my car's service was when Ancira called to get approval for doing the work (ie. they wanted my money) o The only time I got an update on the status of my car's service was when Ancira called to get approval for doing the work (ie. they wanted my money) or when I called them. And that was after not hearing from them after 3 days on work that should have only taken 1 - 1.5 days at most if all parts were available. Turns out they had to order parts but didn't bother to call and let me know the service on my car would be delayed several days. I had to call them to find out. Then they said it needed only 2 more hours of work and it'd be ready for pickup and that was at 10:30 am. 26 hours later and once again, I had to call them to get an update only to find out it was ready for pickup. When were they going to call and tell me. I understand delays and all but Ancira should at least keep the customer updated. We're the ones without a car and paying them, so getting updates from them on a frequent basis and not having to call them to find out stuff isn't too much to ask More

My sales rep Hong Liao was the greatest, he walked me through the process, explained all of my financing options, and kept me informed throughout the whole time. Hong was patient, professional, and personable. He is not your typical sales rep, he did not rush me or pressure me. He gave me the time to read through all the documents that had to be signed without seeming impatient. He also took the time to explain some features of my car that others may already know about, I'm not the most tech savvy person, but again his professionalism came through. He has kept in touch to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience and to inform me of upcoming maintenance schedules. I would recommend Ancira Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, they have a great selection to choose from. All the cars shown to me were very clean and had very low mileage, they are reasonably priced and will work with you until you are satisfied.
