I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the different models, including all the gadgets each vehicle had. We decided to think about our purchase overnight, but once we made the call to move forward with our purchase, JJ made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. This made the process alot more efficient and effortless. After the purchase, JJ was kind enough to show me all the different gadgets my new vehicle had, and answered all my questions. He helped me get my bluetooth working. We would love to work with JJ again in the future. More
