Ancira Nissan Does Not care about their customers!!!!! I have had a horrible experience with Ancirs Nissan located on I-10 west in San Antonio, Tx. In my years previous I have puschased 4 cars from Ancira I have had a horrible experience with Ancirs Nissan located on I-10 west in San Antonio, Tx. In my years previous I have puschased 4 cars from Ancira. Great experiences! I wanted to purchase 2 new vehicles, so I returned. I spent over 35k cash on 2 nissans. With one of the vehicles I purchased and extended warranty. I was lied to and told the warranty covered oil changes. It did not. The warranty company has actually been reported to the BBB many times that it is one of the worst warranties out there. So I cancelled it, and have to wait 8 weeks to get my money back. After only having one of the vehicles 2 months .....it started to experience engi e trouble. They wanted over $800 for repairs, because, of corse the warranty would not cover these problems. I took it somewhere else and paid $300. Having some problems with the other vehicle, I was promised a loaner vehicle. After my car was in the shop, they said they couldnt provide the loaner and left me stranded. That vehicle is still in their shop, and it has been over 6 weeks now. I have tried to talk to managers and keep being bounced around, and the only thing any one can tell me is "sorry". They really just dont care!!!! More
