Amazing, outstanding Brian Rodriguez picked up our vehicle with a wrecker, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in a few hours. Not very good I went in for an oil change everything was going good the price of the oil changes great don't get me wrong but it was an hour and 45 minutes weight w I went in for an oil change everything was going good the price of the oil changes great don't get me wrong but it was an hour and 45 minutes weight which I didn't mind but I asked if they could give me a ride to the H-E-B down the street on Wurzbach the guy said hold on let me find the guy that carrier the one that takes you over there well comes back and I asked him what happened with the guy he says I couldn't find him then he goes he doesn't answer his phone so then left me walking 2 miles away from Ancira it seems he was lying it feels that way I felt that way it's alright I walked and I walk back I have to do some grocery shopping I told the guy I don't need a ride back I can get an Uber I just need a ride over there but overall the old changes grade and like I said your prices are great but customer service was not all that More

They do not listen to you and do not value your time I made an appointment a week ahead of time and specified clearly that the problem was a leaky tire valve- this had been found in 5 mins with no charge I made an appointment a week ahead of time and specified clearly that the problem was a leaky tire valve- this had been found in 5 mins with no charge by a smaller shop but because the tire was still under warranty and had been replaced at Ancira and my car in a Nissan I waited and brought it here. Despite the confirmed appointment I had someone take the key without listening to my description of the problem. Then an hour later he came back to tell me they found no nails (I could have told them that!) and they had filled air in all 4 tires! I do not know if it was the fact that I am a woman or just a general carelessness directed at all customers. On my clarifying AGAIN that they should check the valve/tire sensor, they agreed to fix it for $150. Let us hope they fixed it. I am still waiting... Next time, will try another service place More
