AC repair STAT We had an AC repair issue. We took it in for diagnostic check. We were told the blower only. Then less than 45 days later the system went out again. A We had an AC repair issue. All I felt was anger because I was $600 down and now facing another diagnostic fee to start over. All I thought was this isn’t fair, I already went through this the first time. I was ready to walk and lost confidence in my dealership. The dealership made it right offered STAT service and no diagnostic fee. This is what I am talking about making it right. In 24 hours, my car was in and out of the dealership repaired. Thank you!!!! More

Great Service as always The transmission went out at 88,000 miles. Ancira service provided a tow and rental car free of charge because of our extended warrantee. We did not even know we were entitled to a rental car. They told us. They replaced the transmission and all we had to pay was a $100 deductible. More

Excellent As we were walking in, we were greeted by a friendly representative. We were then asked to sit in a waiting area and someone would be right with us. Within a few minute another representative, this time from finance, came to help us. My visit was in regards to another vehicle, he was very nice and helped with what I needed. He then gave me options on what I could do and how he could help. He then introduced us to the sales representative who was also friendly and attentive. Both representatives, Steven and Max, were really attentive, nice and provided us with excellent customer service. I have been a client of this Nissan location and I can attest that every representative has provided me the same excellent service. I did go to another location a few years back where the representative did not even make an attempt to help me. More
