He told me that I was third in line for an oil and filter change and that it would be about an hour. I went to the customer lounge and as always it was stocked with bottles of water, coffee and snacks. I also noticed new couches and chairs. They looked good until I picked a chair and sat down. They are very low to the ground and I sank down even farther when I sat down. I recently had my knee replaced and trying to get up out of that chair was difficult at best. I ended up sitting at the tables until my service was done. I observed other customers having similar problems getting out of those chairs. Since a large percentage of your customers appear to be 50+ years old, you might consider getting furniture where the seats are higher, more firm (but still comfortable) and easier to get in and out of. Back to the service, it was completed in about 90 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks. More
