Awesome service My 2009 Murano died on the interstate and I was hysterical. It was my first experience to have my vehicle stop on me. Once the tow truck arrived I cho My 2009 Murano died on the interstate and I was hysterical. It was my first experience to have my vehicle stop on me. Once the tow truck arrived I choose Ancira because it was closest to me and because of the commercials I saw on TV, I’m not from SA. I didn’t trust anyone but I had to have my vehicle fixed. I spoke to Mike Andrews and explained my situation and he said we’ll be waiting for your arrival. Upon arrival Mike met me at the door and I started crying. He calmed me down and asked to explain what happened to my vehicle. He then told me to enter the waiting room and if I needed anything to speak to the rep at the desk. Minutes later Mike returned to inform me that my vehicle had a recall and I was allowed a rental so I wouldn’t have to wait for the repair. Within minutes I had a rental and was on my way out of the dealership. Next day Mike asked my how I was doing and I had my Murano back with a new alternator!! I handed in my rental and the employees were very quick and courteous in helping me make the transfer from one vehicle to another. It was a terrible experience for me but Ancira really helped me through my ordeal. Thank you Mike and all the employees for their professionalism and courtesy! More
