Not speedy but done right. I went in for an oil change. I called first and was told there were only two ahead of me so I would get in quickly. When I spoke to my service rep upo I went in for an oil change. I called first and was told there were only two ahead of me so I would get in quickly. When I spoke to my service rep upon arrival I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a quarter because there were two ahead of me. What happened to the ten minute oil change? It did, in fact, take an hour and fifteen minutes just like I was told by my service rep. I like getting my work done by the dealer but why can't they provide the speedy oil change they promise? I have never waited even an hour at Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or other oil change services. Having said this, I still like the service provided by Ancira Nissan and Ms Leonard was very professional and friendly. More
