Overall great service but price for some services way out of I took my car in for regular maintenance. I was called about a nail in my tire. I was going out of town so I appreciated them finding the nail. But I took my car in for regular maintenance. I was called about a nail in my tire. I was going out of town so I appreciated them finding the nail. But for them to fix my tire was $25. That is a ridiculous price for fixing a nail. Many places do it for free and those that charge are usually about $5 to $8. I did have it fixed because I did not have time to take it somewhere else. But I will think twice about having future work done if this is any indication of the prices of work at dealership More

Great experience but could improve I came in just for my recalls , the service associates are great . The reason I don't come here for routine service is because of the nickel and dimin I came in just for my recalls , the service associates are great . The reason I don't come here for routine service is because of the nickel and diming. I saw at least 4 people come in and they all we told there was battery residue on the battery terminals 20 dollar service. This a simple maintenance and should be a courtesy. I feel it makes people feel important. Just like discount tire, they off free tire inspection, air and rotation, regardless of the tires are purchased there. This makes people feel valued. I don't feel this way when I come in! The staff is great, but the customer value is not some much. More
