Professional and Friendly I am a first time buyer. After not having a good experience online and at other local dealerships, I was referred to Ancira Nissan. (which is @400 mil I am a first time buyer. After not having a good experience online and at other local dealerships, I was referred to Ancira Nissan. (which is @400 miles away) I corresponded with sales (Yogin Trivedi) and finance (Justin Long) strictly by email and phone. I purchased within @ 3 days! Every person I spoke to, receptionist, sales, management, finance, service etc. were most pleasant, professional and friendly. Ancira must be doing a great job taking care of their staff. Part replacement I made an 9:00 a.m. appointment on a Monday to replace the Electronic Steering Column Lock (ESCL) as requested by the manufacturer. It turned out to b I made an 9:00 a.m. appointment on a Monday to replace the Electronic Steering Column Lock (ESCL) as requested by the manufacturer. It turned out to be a very busy morning at the dealership. I was quicly processed, but was told that it would take 2-3 hours to complete the job from the time that a technician gets to it. I was hopelessly preparing myself for a very long wait, but was plesantly surprised when I was told that my car was ready in about 1.5 hours! They also checked my brake pads as I asked them to. Can't complain! Thanks! More

Received fast service even though the line up of vehicles was long for a Tuesday. Danielle got the minivan in for service and a check of several items I had in mind to replace (older vehicle). She gave me the particulars of each thing I wanted done. Ottis helped me at the end of the service (Danielle in class) and arranged for an appointment the next day. Also thanks to Lori and Dave in parts for getting the things I wanted replaced on order. More
