Justin demonstrated excellent job knowledge and explained all the paperwork clearly, but quickly (it was near 10pm when we finished all the paperwork...but we didn't arrive at the dealership until 7:30pm). Steven waited until after 10pm to show my wife what all the buttons were for, how to work the radio; he even took the time to set up her phone to the Bluetooth. All in all, the experience reminded of how auto dealership reps used to treat their customers...with patience and detailed accuracy to ensure we did not walk out of the showroom without knowing about the product.
