The salesman was polite, did everything he said he would, stayed with us through the process and made several follow up calls. He didn't make us feel rushed or that we were just a commission to him! He talked to us and treated us like we were old friends and didn't try to pressure us like so many salesman do. When we buy our next vehicle in 6 months to a year you can bet it will be from Hong!! More
