The service advisor was nice. However, I was told that in addition to my repairs, a nail was found in the rear passenger tire. I first told them not to repair as Discount Tire would repair it at no cost in addition to my repairs, a nail was found in the rear passenger tire. I first told them not to repair as Discount Tire would repair it at no cost whereas Ancira would charge $25. I changed my mind when I was told my vehicle would not be ready until late Friday and I didn’t think I had time to get to Discount Tire. At one point before I picked up my SUV that day, I was told the tire had not been repaired, but air would be put in the tire. When I went to get my vehicle, I was told the tire had been repaired. However, the low tire light stayed on. When I drove it to Discount Tire, they found a nail in the same tire. So I don’t believe the nail was removed at Ancira. There was also a misc charge of $31.45 which I have no idea what that was for. I also paid $29 for a shop charge for the repair order which I think is ridiculous. My vehicle run good, but charges of $4363.33 seemed excessive. To top it off, my bill had a cover sheet and status sheet for a Katherine Corchado who is unknown to me. She or someone else I suppose has mine. More
