Terrible customer service. They sold me a vehicle then days later after I drove home with my new vehicle they call me with the lie to go back to sign another contract because they got a better deal with a days later after I drove home with my new vehicle they call me with the lie to go back to sign another contract because they got a better deal with a lower monthly payment (just $4 difference), I said thank and decline the offer because I live in another city 2hrs 30minutes away from Ancira dealership in San Antonio, so next I got a text threatening me and accusing me of hiding, when I called them back upset and confused asking what was happening they said it was to get my attention because they needed me to sign a new contract, which I did I signed a new contract and they said they would email me the copy of my new contract and now it's almost 3 weeks that I been requesting the copy of my contract and I still haven't received it. More
