Oil change process was great. My driver’s seat was dirty with grease when given back to me. At least they took it over to the detail shop and cleaned it up right away. I guess I should have known better with grease when given back to me. At least they took it over to the detail shop and cleaned it up right away. Had an appointment & 7 hours later my car wasn't going to be ready. Upsetting because I had to take my car back. Wasted my day, time and gas for nothing. Appointments are made for a reason. I got my 2021 Altima serviced at Ancira Nissan for my 5,000 miles and within only 1 hour I had my car back and washed without even having to ask. Service advisor did a good at keeping me. The only issue I had was it 2 hours for an oil change. I tried to make an appointment but there was no option to choose.
