Key fobs are way too expensive. This needs to be fixed or give people a choice to get hard keys. The drop off and most of the service advice was fine. I am a little annoyed that you could not replace the radio. The car is less than 10 years old and you cannot get parts for it? Wow. Sending a customer to eBay is also a dangerous proposal. The pick process is atrocious. I was escorted to the cashier, I assume to make sure I would not leave without paying because he stood there until the cashier came back for me to pay. Once I paid, where was my car? I don’t know. It was not brought to the exit service lane, which left me to wander the parking lot only not to find it. No one noticed until I went back inside where the service manager from the little office finally found me and offered to help. He did help and apologized then he also wandered the parking lot looking trying to chime the horn. Really? Don’t you all have these lanes and a system to organize this stuff for a reason? For the work that was done I am satisfied and appreciate the savings that I received on the radiator. I think you can do much better though. More
