Very dissatisfied with the service I received on Monday. 22 November 2021...maintenance tech failed to perform the 15 point check properly and left me stranded with a bad battery that I had to replace at AU 22 November 2021...maintenance tech failed to perform the 15 point check properly and left me stranded with a bad battery that I had to replace at AUTOZONE...returned to Nissan on 27 November to replace battery post..this should have been brought to my attention during my oil change...where is the good customer service that should have been provided...very disappointed with your service department..
