Awful. Brand new truck broke down 8 miles from Ancira. Got the typical add-on BS, as well. Had to take an Uber home and got no offer of a loaner car, then they tried to give me a replacement that was scra Got the typical add-on BS, as well. The managers clearly do not give a rat’s behind about customer service and I would NEVER recommend this place. I should’ve gone to Freedom or any other chevy dealership. While Sam Was definitely nice, the rest of that place is a flat-out embarrassment. The entire staff is incompetent and I would be very alarmed if I was the owner - just look at at all the recent Yelp reviews, they are not painting a false picture. I can not adequately describe how much of a nightmare this experience was. More
I kept noticing their great pricing online but they are far from my residence since I live near Austin so I kept trying to find a comparable deal online. I started at Nash in San Marcos. Went through the process of purchasing a new vehicle and they were more expensive by $3000. They said there is no way Ancira can get you the price they are quoting. It must be a scam. I called into Ancira and got Sam as a sales person. Nice guy doing what he has been taught I suppose. He explained their is the online price with tt&l plus on star fee which can be taken off and a free key program that cost $399 that can also be taken off with managerial approval. Said I would need to pay for tint and bedliner which made perfect since to me. Said these are all the fees. But unfortunately they did not tell the truth. They present all these fees plus: $300 for door trim, $1495 for Ancira paint repair if there are any future paint issues, a $399 windshield fee an additional fees which I cannot remember. I said Sam. I told you I will be driving from the Austin area and do not want to waste my time and show up to see additional fees like delivery fee etc. he said not there are no additional fees. I guess this sales approach works because people do not read the fine print. Buyer beware this dealership presents one thing online and then face to face increases the price. This is a poor way to do business. More

He was more interested in his commission then providing customer service and doing what he promised in writing. I will not even have my vehicle serviced by Ancira for fear of them screwing it up and not doing what they said they would do. More
I spent close to 3 hours here today trying to get a replacement for the lemon of a 2019 silverado they sold me. I was willing to make some concessions, but didn't feel that I should have to pay much more, because it's not my fault that the A/C keeps going out (3 times, 4th time in the shop since Sept). I told everyone I spoke to that I had a hard cap for my monthly payment. They kept saying we'll get it there just get through financing. I trusted them to make it happen. So in finance I was $24 over my cap with an Intrest rate that I know for a fact I can beat on a truck I'm really not happy with and that's with me having to put $2k down. When I asked the finance manager about the intrest rate, he said he could shop it around. ????? Why didnt you do that during the 3 HOURS I was already there sitting in the waiting room. I told everyone my situation and that I was trying to get out of a xxx truck without going through the Lemon Law, but nope they were just trying to stick it to me one last time. I walked.
