After reminding him that I had already purchased 4 other vehicles from Ancira Winton Chevrolet in the past 3 years, he told me to give him an hour to see what he could do. He called me back "IN 20 MINUTES", and by the end of the day, I happily drove home in my brand new vehicle. Joe really knows how to "step it up", and make things happen for his loyal customers.
