Very bad experience, The worse experience in my life. Bring my Traverse for a noise in the timing chain and air bag light. A 4000 plus repair that never happens. The timing chain noise was never fixed. after (the work was done) they say that noise is normal. However, they never told me at front, during the quote call or before the repair. Imposible to talk to anybody else but the so call (Service Advisor) Who was not help at all, of course he works for Chevrolet, not for me. A brand that they are degrading at this place, very disappointed, because I heard the owners are involved in the place operations. However, not realy reachables. Also I felt very intimidating by Dave and one more person at service desk, they realy do not treat you good at all if you are Latino. I regret very bud of this decision. however, I will never step at this place again, Nore I will ever own a Chevy again once I get rid of all. I just came back to edit my review (7/10/23) just discover the motor is leaking oil now. Right from the cover wher timing chain is. Very bad service very bad place. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL. More

I went to Andean to look at a Colorado they had advertised. I worked with Austin and he did a great job explaining everything I needed to know about the vehicle and pros and cons to consider. My husband took his truck in for a brake pedal recall, and when he got it back, the break makes a screeching noise. Scheduled appointment to have a diagnostic ran on my 2018 Chevy Colorado because the transmission shakes like it is about to fall out. Decided to have oil change completed at the same time since I was going Chevy Colorado because the transmission shakes like it is about to fall out. When I arrived I was told that I needed to basically make an appointment for the transmission issue, even though that is what i did. I now have to come back for the transmission to be diagnosed. If I had known this I would have had the oil changed at a quick lube location and the transmission serviced by a dealer who actually lets you make an appointment and honors it. More

Austin was great to work with. He showed us two different suburbans and took the time to explain all the features and the differences between the two models. During the purchase process, I overheard him taking the time to assist another less tech savvy client with downloading and setting up the My Chevy app through the App Store. That interaction alone showed me and my husband that Austin’s sales methodology is about building long term relationships with clients vs providing a transactional experience. I would absolutely recommend him to any friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle. More
