This was the fourth time in 5 months that my vehicle was in the shop for the same issue. I had to continuously call Anderson of Hunt Valley for updates on my vehicle, instead of Anderson of Hunt Valley contacting me. Once my vehicle repair was completed this time, I picked up my vehicle and it was dirty inside and out. I had to let the service representative know it was dirty, so it could be cleaned.
