He also showed us several other options for us to consider, including the GM vehicles they offer. Tom was extremely helpful in handling our trade-in and teeing up the next steps for my wife’s purchase, while periodically checking in to make sure that all was proceeding to our satisfaction. My wife was treated with the respect and courtesy that the decision maker should be accorded. Although we both came to the dealership several times, test drove some comparative models, and discussed trade and pricing, the vehicle was for her and Anderson’s team seemed to instinctively understand that she was the person to whom the key questions and comments should be directed. This is where I believe Anderson particularly excelled. Our sales consultant, Chris Roney was attentive and responsive throughout the process Chris handled the traditional sales duties and details in a very efficient, professional and pleasant manner. He was very knowledgeable about the car even though it was not a GM product. We’ve done business with Anderson in the past. It was a great experience ten years ago. This was the fourth time in 5 months that my vehicle was in the shop for the same issue. I had to continuously call Anderson of Hunt Valley for updates on my vehicle, instead of Anderson of Hunt Valley contacting me. Once my vehicle repair was completed this time, I picked up my vehicle and it was dirty inside and out. I had to let the service representative know it was dirty, so it could be cleaned. Totally unhappy with the service I received. More
