I bought Honda CRV during black friday sale Nov 2012, they have good price as compared to other dealers in bay area. The only problem is when you go to full & final payment in finance office, you need t they have good price as compared to other dealers in bay area. The only problem is when you go to full & final payment in finance office, you need to alert here, just pay the cost of the car + taxes and nothing else. No security alarm, No Extended Warranty, No Extra Accessories. 1) The Fire alarm they give you cost just 200$ dollars to them and they will charge you 850 dollars. The best car security alarm in market is not more than 350 USD. Any ways your choice, they will say you that it will void your warranty if you apply it yourself, what if they commit the same mistake. 2 ) Second is extended warranty, they will charge you 2400 UDS for 5 years term, in reality you can get same warranty from Honda website for 1200 USD, then they will say it is fake, for them honda original website is fake selling same extended warranty. You can get extended warranty after 3 years also from costco too, your car has similar warranty for 3 years and the extended warranty you take applies only after once those initial 3 years are completed. So think twice or take the warranty in 1200USD at the max. 3) GAP insurance, they will ask you pay 700 dollars, you can get that in 135 dollars from outside or AAA insurance at cheap rate. Later on my complaint they renewed my contract and removed GAP+Extended Warranty but never agreed to refund my money for security alarm, over all I lost 850 Dollars in this deal, but bcoz price was less than other dealers hence the over all loss was 850-500 = 350 dollars. Mr. Tian Tan treated me with such an excellent customer service that I thought he was the general manager. For this very reason, I decided to buy a brand new car from Anderson Honda despite a little highe service that I thought he was the general manager. Id likes to take the time to warn consumers about Anderson Honda. I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda from them and everything from start to finish was the biggest nightmare I've ever encountered Anderson Honda. I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda from them and everything from start to finish was the biggest nightmare I've ever encountered when purchasing anything. When I arrived at the dealership I already knew the car I wanted to view. When we went to start up the car the battery was dead. I told the sales rep that I wasn’t going to even test drive the car if they didn't replace the battery with new in case I were to purchase the vehicle. They charged the battery and promised that if I bought the care they would replace the battery. THEY LIED, I asked them again if they had replaced the battery before I purchased the care and they said yes. My wife was stranded 2 days later because of an old used battery. After the original test drive we went in the office to make a deal, the sales rep flat out lied about being able to connect direct with our banking institution, I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving any information before we settled on a price and interest rates. Once I said that they became very pushy and disrespectful. We settled on a deal, they told me they were able to communicate with our credit union and that the interest rate was going to be 2.53%. When we went to sign the paper work the interest rate was 4.99!!! They said they couldn't lock it in because it was too late but they were going to lock in the 2.53% interest rate in the morning. They never did, the finance officer wouldn't return our calls, never got one phone call back. To top everything off, we buy the car I get in to drive away and there's not enough gas to get me home, I bring it to their attention and they say they can’t put gas in the car, it’s against policy!!!!! I spent 20 minutes arguing and even threatened to return the car. Last but not least they cover up all the scratches on their used cars so that after the 2nd or 3rd wash they start to show. Very dishonest, unprofessional, bottom of the barrel dealership. Stay away!!!! They will lie to your face about everything!!!!!!! More

I just bought a New Accord form Jack the Fleet Manager at Anderson Honda. I was very happy with the price and had a fun time. Not a typical car dealership, for sure. Anderson Honda is like the Starbucks of Honda dealers. My internet sales person Jack, was very enjoyable to work with and really knows his stuff.
