Brendan Ross was by far the best salesperson that I have ever come across. He was not pushy and wasn't trying to get me to buy something that I did not want/need. I went to this dealership to look at a Honda Accord. Its all to common to run into an obnixious Sales Consultant and Sales Manager who only wants to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. As soon as I walked into the dealership the atmospher was something I never experienced. I felt like I wanted to stay and not run out the door. Lee Bonin the Sales Manager was a pleasure to do business with, I cannot say enough nice things about him. Lee, took the time to talk to me and was concerned that I was being taken care of. Honda, you have a wonderfu Sales Manager. Greg Itzoe, helped me with the paper work. He made it easy and a fast transaction. This was the Best experience I have had purchasing a car, being a senior citizen I have lots of experience with purchasing a car. I had a really bad experience at Browns Honda in Glen Burnie, and I didn't want to continue the process,but Anderson Honda from the first day was very honest and open about what they could or couldn't do Burnie, and I didn't want to continue the process,but Anderson Honda from the first day was very honest and open about what they could or couldn't do for my husband and I. Our family needed 2cars and that was our goal, but was discouraged from our horrible previous experience, so to be able to walk away with our hope of getting 2 cars was a dream come true. Until there was concrete information to give us, they never gave us false hope or made us feel like they wouldn't exhaust all possible avenues, to help us in our journey. Our salesman, Jason Barton, was very open and always up front about every step along the process. If he didn't know the answer, he made sure he went to the person that could give him the answer. Everyone worked as a team to get all bases covered and make sure that we were indeed pleased with everything! Also, a key player in our experience was Dave Kapper, a sales manager with Anderson. Mr. Kapper, explained in detail what was possible and what wasn't possible...took us through step by step what we needed to do and prepared us for what we were embarking on! I can not begin to express how pleased I am with the outcome, but more importantly the integrity, compassion and professionalism of this dealership! I had very little funds and even less time to purchase a vehicle. I came out to Anderson with several Carfax reports. He even helped me figure out which car would work and which car wouldn't after listening to me discuss what my needs were. He also showed me several other cars that were in my price range. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell me to a vehicle I coudl not afford. He (and the dealership) were even willing to let me take the car to get it inspected by my mechanic. It was a great experience and I got a great car. I will be recommending Anderson and Brendan to any one I know who is looking a new vehicle. More

Unlike other dealers, he didn't speak negatively of other brands I was considering. Brendan showed unbelievable patience when I couldn't decide which color car to choose. He even responded to a 6 am text from me to have the car I wanted available for purchase that day. Very impressive! The other employees at Anderson are also very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. There is a cafe on site, free wireless and lattes, and hgtv playing in the service waiting area. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to buy or service a car! I would absolutely recommend Anderson Honda :) More
I worked with a new sales person who was very friendly and fairly knowledgable of the car I was looking at. she was very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. Even though she was new, if I had and fairly knowledgable of the car I was looking at. she was very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. Even though she was new, if I had a question she did not know the answer to, she was quick to find someone who did. Excellent. Her and her boss were very good at working with me to find the right price that works for both me and them. I liked the cooperation there. As for the financing department. I would ask for Patrick. The other gentalman would say he would do one thing and fail to do what he promised. The day my main honda financal guy was off, his co worker who was also in financing said he would take care of all the paper work so when I was to come in at a set appointment time with my guy, all I would need to do is sign papers and leave. That was not the case. It was 1 hour and 20 minute process. This is in addition to having already spent the day before an hour filling out paper work. I had to fill out all the same paper work I had to fill out the day before during the financing part because the contracts were not written up correctly. My name was not in the correct spot and I was told to sign places where I should not have. Because all costumers are paying for something that is automatically depreciated as soon as you drive it off the lot, I would expect better communication in the financial department and expect a better understanding that the only reason why I am able to afford a new car is because I better my time with my own clients in my own business. My time is worth money and if you hope to see my service down the road, a better understanding that my time is valuable. I had to cancel and try to reschedule one of my own clients because the dealership failed to have everything ready to go when I arrived at 1:30. this fiasco cost me $$$ I also think the training of new sales people needs to be stepped up. I feel the women I worked with, who was very very nice, was thrown into the deep end with out close supervision with out being properly prepared. I do not feel this is any fault of her own that is why I was patient. At the end of the day, I love my new car. I got a honda crv ex-l and I love it. great car. More
