Recent experience after purchasing a used Honda with the title. Two liens. Mine and the prior owner according to MVA. Dealer claims not their issue and offers no solutions. The service center has gone downhill over the past year. I sat in my vehicle inside the receiving bay for 20 minutes before a server provider acknowledged me. I had an appointment, but they were overbooked I sat in my vehicle inside the receiving bay for 20 minutes before a server provider acknowledged me. I had an appointment, but they were overbooked and were unable to service my vehicle even though I booked my service a week in advance. After discussing my concerns, the service manager asked about the problem I was in for. We drove around the parking lot so that he could hear the noise. He informed me that he would reschedule me for the following week. However, he did not ever reschedule me. I received an automated notice that I missed my appointment even though I was there as scheduled and turned away. This was the second time I had attempted to have my issue addressed. The first visit, they claimed they did not notice a problem. I will be looking for a different Honda service going forward. More

Awful service from this dealership. When questioned about issues with my Accord, “that’s not our problem but Honda’s problem”. Waited all day for a call from their service dept. Buy a Honda from a dif about issues with my Accord, “that’s not our problem but Honda’s problem”. Waited all day for a call from their service dept. Seems like the service manager is full of himself. I walked into his office and first thing I see are his feet up on the desk, leaning back in the chair like he owns the place. I ended up getting "kicked out" AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THERE IS A BETTER DEALERSHIP RIGHT DOWN THE STREET LONG DUE UPDATE: I went to Heritage Honda a couple of weeks after this incident and they replaced the condenser under warranty. Unbelievable. More

Terrible service and communication Brought Odyssey van in for routine service. Told service tech on phone and in person that the van needed to be on a wheel alignment lift due to it be Brought Odyssey van in for routine service. Told service tech on phone and in person that the van needed to be on a wheel alignment lift due to it being a handicapped van with a lift. After waiting over an hour, a service technician told me that the lift was under repair and would not be ready until next week. No apology, no adjustment for inconvenience.... just told to reschedule for sometime next week. Needless to say, I have found another dealer to service all of my Honda vehicles. More

I PAID FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HAD TO BRING MY TRUCK IN FOR THEM TO CHECK THE O I HAD TO BRING MY 2012 GMC TERRIAN IN FOR A SPECIAL COVERAGE ADJUSTMENT. I PAID FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HAD TO BRING MY TRUCK IN FOR THEM TO CHECK THE OIL EVERY 500 MILES... FINALLY GOT IT FIXED AND GET TRUCK BACK. A DAY LATER MY TRUCK WAS OVERHEATING AND HAD TO BE TOWED BACK INTO ANDERSON. SERVICE WRITER CALLS ME AND SAYS THAT I NEED MY RADIATOR REPLACED. IT WILL COST 610.00 AND THEY CAN GIVE ME 10% DISCOUNT. TAKEN TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND HE STATES RADIATOR IS FINE AND NEVER WAS LEAKING . HE REPLACED A RING IN MY ENGINE FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS WHILE DEALERSHIP IS HAVING ME REPLACE A MAJOR PART AND TRYING TO CHARGE ME TRIPLE THE AMOUNT IT COSTS FOR A RADIATOR THAT ISNT EVEN BROKEN !!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! More
