Our car was broken into on this lot while it was their care for service. They are not taking care of us, we are having to make a claim on our own insurance. No cameras in the lot for service. Beware.. when you take your car in there to service they have you sign a piece of paper, but don’t really go over the fact that it states that they will not cover any damages on their lot. I’m sorry if they wanted customer service they would’ve taken care of all the cars that were damaged that day . I have talked to two other car dealerships and they carry liability insurance to cover damages on their lot. My Kia was there for service on my air conditioner. I had the extended warranty but they was having a hard time getting it approve through the warranty so they was asking me to call the warranty company. That is their job! So very upset with this service department.. I won’t be back! More

The service dept at this location is HORRIBLE. I needed to bring my brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order a par I needed to bring my brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it for a check engine light. Scheduled an appointment to bring it in the following week, only to drive an hour to the dealer, let them keep it for 4 hours which they did not even get the vehicle into the shop, only to be told when I happened to stop to check on progress after 4 hours was told they wouldnt be getting my vehicle in to get parts installed. No phone call to say they wouldn't be getting it in, no offer to make it right as I had to take off work, drive over an hour and wait 4 hours in a city I do not live. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means a 2 hour drive. Terrible Customer Service!! More

Very poor customer service. Lack of communication and transparency in charges re: work done. Requested license plate bracket rep used 2 screws to attach to front bummer. Rep more concerned with having hi transparency in charges re: work done. Requested license plate bracket rep used 2 screws to attach to front bummer. Rep more concerned with having his hour lunch break than providing quality customer service and assurance work requested had been done. Shoddy work. Questionable conduct /practices in services provided (?) To date I have left messages for GM with no returned calls. I have requested documentation to the services provided i.e how many quarts of oil used or replaced, tire pattern rotation etc. I have not received a reply. I have request a refund and be given the opportunity to visit another KIa dealership for services..I have not received a reply or response to requests. I personally checked the oil, fluids and tires...none of the services I paid for (full service maintenance oil change, fluids topped off, tires checked and rotated) were done. The oil reads low on oil gauge, the front drivers side tire is going low and none of the fluid were topped off. Dishonest practices. More

dishonest, fraudulent, incompetant I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for a Kia I purchased there. To start off they did not have the oil in stock, then left off 10 of 17 bolts I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for a Kia I purchased there. To start off they did not have the oil in stock, then left off 10 of 17 bolts on the pan under the engine. They claimed to have rotated the tires, but I marked their position, so I know it was not done. This is fraud, DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! More
